I’m going to try and to the Ab Workout again when I get home from work, then I also plan on trying a leg workout and some treadmill time.
This is a great, easy ab workout. I’ve never done side crunches but believe me, when you do them right you can feel it. I’ve never felt so much side muscle stretching!
This four minute work out looks pretty easy, but after just completing it my heart was racing! It doesn’t take much time and it does a pretty good job of working your whole body. If you aren’t sure what one of the exercises are, Youtube has a lot of great demos.
